DELIVERY WITHIN 1-3 DAYS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Returned within 30 days of your purchase date.
Due to their nature, the following items are non-returnable:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance.
Gift cards.
To start a return, please email our support team at info@prezgara.com with the following information:
Your order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged in transit, etc.). Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns of high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies). Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@prezgara.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please email us at info@prezgara.com with details and a photograph of the defect. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@prezgara.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will work with you to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
