We specialize in new and certified pre-owned luxury watches from the world’s most prestigious brands. Our collection includes a range of timepieces, from classic dress watches and robust sports watches to rare and unique complications.
How do I know the watches are authentic?
Every watch in our collection is meticulously inspected and authenticated by our in-house horology experts. For pre-owned watches, we conduct a thorough verification process to guarantee the timepiece's authenticity and provenance. We stand by the integrity of every watch we sell.
How can I become a featured artist?
We occasionally feature talented artists on our platform. If you’re an artist and would like to collaborate or have your work printed and sold through Mirk0, please send your portfolio and a brief bio to collabs@mirk0.com.
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as secure payment methods like PayPal and bank wire transfers for high-value orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Shipping and Returns
What are your shipping methods?
We offer complimentary insured overnight shipping within Europe and North America on all orders. Each package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery for your security.
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock watches, we typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items. The watch must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, documents, and tags. Please refer to our full Refund and Return Policy for more details.
Watch Care and Aftercare
How often should I service my mechanical watch?
We recommend servicing a mechanical watch every 3-5 years to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Regular servicing prevents wear and tear on the intricate components and maintains the watch’s accuracy.
Do you offer watch repair services?
We offer a range of repair and maintenance services for watches purchased from Prezgara. Our certified watchmakers can handle everything from simple battery replacements to full mechanical overhauls. Please contact us to learn more about our service options.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to the automated production workflow.
How should I clean my watch?
For everyday cleaning, simply use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe down the case and bracelet. For a deeper clean, a soft brush with warm water and a little mild soap can be used on the case and bracelet (if water-resistant), but avoid using soap on leather straps. Always dry the watch thoroughly afterward.
